منذ 14/12/2004 تقبع وفاء قسطنطين ومارية عبد الله زكي وماريان مكرم عياد وتيريزا إبراهيم في مكان أشبه بالسجن معزولات عن العالم الخارجي، ممنوعات من الاتصال بوسائل الإعلام.

وعلى الرغم من أن الكنيسة القبطية أعلنت إثر إسلام السيدتين وفاء قسيس ومارية عبد الله زكي أنها ستخضعهما لجلسات إسداء النصح الكنسي في محاولة لثنيهما عما عزمتا عليه عن اقتناع وإيمان، إلا أن الكنيسة لم تُعلم أجهزة الإعلام بنتائج جلسات إسداء النصح الكنسي؛ مما يزيد من الشكوك التي تؤكد أن السيدتين تتعرضان لحملة إرهاب فكري، واضطهاد ديني يخالف مواثيق حقوق الإنسان الدولية التي ضمنت للإنسان حرية الاعتقاد والدفاع عن حقه في ذلك.

إن تكتم الكنيسة على أحوال السيدتين وفاء قسطنطين ومارية عبدالله زكي يعني أن الكنيسة تعتدي على حرية الناس في اعتقاد ما يشاؤون، وتذكرنا -بكل أسف- بدور الكنيسة في العصور الوسطى حين كانت تضطهد العلماء والمفكرين أمثال جاليليو وكوبرنيكس وفولتير ومونتسكيو الذين كان لهم الفضل فيما حققته البشرية من إنجازات علمية وتقدم تقني فكر إنساني، كما تذكرنا هذه الممارسات -بكل ألم- بمحاكم التفتيش سيئة السمعة في الأندلس(إسبانيا)، والتي نوه بقبحها وفظاعة جرائمها الكتاب الغربيون المحايدون والنزيهون، وعدوها وصمة عار في جبين الحضارة الغربية والفكر الغربي.


هذا ولم تتوقف الكنيسة عند هاتين السيدتين التي زعمت أنها تحفظت عليهما كونهما زوجتي راعيين من رعاة الكنيسة بل تحفظت واعتقلت – بكل أسف- الطبيبتين ماريان مكرم عياد(24)سنة وتيريزا إبراهيم اللتين أعلنتا إسلامهما في محضر رسمي للشرطة التي عجزت عن حمايتهما وقامت بتسليمهما إلى أهلهما، والذين قاموا بتسليمهما إلى الكنيسة واختفتا عن الأنظار وانقطعت أخبارهما منذ24/2/2005. إنه لمن المؤسف حقا أن تتحول الكنيسة إلى مؤسسة أمنية للبطش بحريات الناس وممارسة الإرهاب الفكري عليهم...

رسالة إلى الحكومة المصرية وإلى مفتى الديار المصرية

أن تقوم بواجبها نحو مواطنيها، وأن تكفل لهم ما كفله لهم الدستور من حرية المعتقد، وعدم انتهاك هذا الحق من أي كان. ونناشد الحكومة المصرية بشخص الرئيس مبارك أن يسعى لإطلاق سراح أخواتنا اللواتي أسلمن وإخراجهن من محنتهن؛ فعصور الظلام وفرض المعتقدات بالقوة قد ولّت،

فضلاً عن معارضتها الصريحة للدستور المصري الذي تنص (مادة46) منه على :

تكفل الدولة حرية العقيدة وحرية ممارسة الشعائر الدينية

لذلك فإن سجنهما واحتجازهما بإيعاز من الكنيسة وعلم من البابا شنودة نفسه انتهاك لسيادة الدولة، واعتداء على حقها في رعاية مواطنيها وحمايتهم من الإرهاب الفكري....

فبهذا التصرف تكون الدولة ومؤسساتها وأجهزتها غير أمينة على دستور البلاد الذي يحمي الحرية، حرية الاعتقاد وحرية الدين؛ إذ أنها تقدم دعمها المطلق للتطرف الديني الذي تمارسه قلة من المتطرفين الأقباط مدعومين من المؤسسة الكنسية في أعلى سلطاتها.


و قعود الحكومة عن حماية حقوق مواطنيها الدستورية يظهرها بأنها غير مسؤولة عن تطبيق القانون أو نصب الدستور الذي من المفترض أن يحكم البلاد، ويوجه دفة الحكم فيها، ويحدد العلاقة بين المواطن وبين مؤسسات الدولة، فهي غير معنية أصلا بحماية الإنسان أو الدفاع عن حقوقه الأولية، بل إنها في قد تتواطأ مع البلطجة أو التطرف إذا كان ذلك يخدم مصالح بعض الأشخاص، حتى وإن كان ينطوي على جريمة صريحة يعاقب عليها القانون ،لذلك فإننا ننتقد -و بشدة- قيام أجهزة الأمن بتسليم السيدتين وفاء ومارية إلى الكنيسة ، بدلاً من العمل على حماية مواطنتين مضطهدتين في دينهن فارتين بعقيدتهما التي اختاراها من القمع والاضطهاد .ثم تكرر الفعلة إياها مع طبيبتين أعلنتا إسلامهما بمحض إرادتهما وهما: ماريان مكرم عياد , و تيريزا إبراهيم.

و ترتب على ذلك تعرض السيدتين المذكورتين والطبيبتين للأذى النفسي و البدني بحلق شعر الرأس تماماً، وترحيلهن قسرا إلى أحد الأديرة، للخضوع لحكم الاعتقال الذي حكمت به الدولة الموازية / الكنيسة، عقاباً لهن على تفكيرهن في ممارسة حق كفله لهم دستور دولة لم تعد تدافع عن حريات أبنائها فيما يبدو. و يعد هذا الفعل جريمة أخلاقية، وجريمة قانونية، وجريمة دستورية أيضاً، وهو في صميمه إهدار متعمد للدستور والقانون، بل وتواطؤ من الدولة وأجهزتها الرسمية على إهدار دستور البلاد، والاتفاق الجنائي بين الدولة وبعض المتطرفين على ارتكاب جريمة صريحة في حق مواطنين، وتخلي الدولة وأجهزتها عن مسؤوليتها التي من أجلها قامت، وهي حماية المواطن في حقوقه المكتسبة وفي أعلاها حقه في حرية الدين والاعتقاد، هذه هي القضية في صلبها وجوهرها.
كما نُحمّل مفتي الديار المصرية المسؤولية على صمته على هذه الجريمة النكراء، واستباحة أمن سيدتين ثم طبيبتين، أمنهن النفسي والعقدي بالضغط عليهن وسجنهن لترك ما انعقد عليه قلب كل منهن في اعتناق الإسلام...


إننا نحمل الحكومة المصرية مسؤولية اختفاء هاتين السيدتين، وعدم سماع أي أخبار عنهما أو السماح لأجهزة الإعلام بمتابعة أحوالهما أو الالتقاء بهما. ونقول بصراحة: إن سياسة التدليل وجبر الخواطر لاحتواء الغضب القبطي التي تتخذها الحكومة ممالأة للغرب وخوفاً منه هي سياسة ضعيفة وهشة وتغري الأقباط وغيرهم بمزيد من الاستقواء بالخارج...

كما نحمّل الحكومة المصرية مسؤولية استقواء أي طرف بالقوى الأجنبية لتحقييق مصالح خاصة تتصادم مع الأمن الاجتماعي، وتؤدي إلى تصدع في جدارنا النفسي الذي يسيج مجتمعنا ويمنحه المناعة ضد الطائفية والفئوية...

رسالة إلى منظمات حقوق الإنسان

نتوجه إلى منظمات حقوق الإنسان التي غابت عن هذا الموضوع ولم يظهر لها دور مجلجل، لإنقاذ حياة سيدتين ثم طبيبتين أخريين حُوّلت حياتهن إلى جحيم وبؤس ...!! كيف تصمت منظمات حقوق الإنسان على هذه الجريمة والخيانة لمبادئها، وتلوذ بالصمت المريب، ولا تقيم الدنيا وتقعدها من أجل إنقاذ إنسانية وحرية أربع مسلمات!!

ألأنه ليس هناك مصلحة لدول كبرى في الموضوع يجري التستر؟ ألأن الأمر يتعلق بتحول سيدتين وطبيبتين إلى الإسلام وليس العكس؟ ألأنه ليس هناك رائحة نفط ولا بريق ألماس ولا معادن ثمينة أخرى تتخاذل مؤسسات حقوق الإنسان؟!

إن هذه الأحداث تتضمن مخالفة واضحة و صريحة لمبادئ الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان الصادر عن الجمعية العامة الأمم المتحدة في العاشر من كانون الأول / ديسمبر لسنة 1948 و الذي تنص المواد التالية منه على :

المادة 5

لايُعرض أي إنسان للتعذيب ولا للعقوبات أو المعاملات القاسية أو الوحشية أو الحاطة بالكرامة.

المادة 9

لا يجوز القبض على أي إنسان أو حجزه أو نفيه تعسفاً.

المادة 18

لكل شخص الحق في حرية التفكير والضمير والدين، ويشمل هذا الحق حرية تغيير ديانته أو عقيدته، وحرية الإعراب عنهما بالتعليم والممارسة وإقامة الشعائر ومراعاتها سواء أكان ذلك سراً أم مع الجماعة.


إننا نذكر منظمات حقوق الإنسان بدورها، وهذا هو دورها، وإن لم تقم به فإنها تكون قد فقدت مصداقيتها و كتبت شهادة وفاتها، ووضّحت الأهداف المشبوهة من وجودها في بلادنا وغيرها من البلدان!!

إننا هنا نقود حملة للتذكير بالسيدتين المسلمتين وفاء ومارية ثم الطبيبتين ماريان مكرم عياد وتيريزا إبراهيم لإطلاق سراحهن،
وحث كل الضمائر الحية اليقظة للوقوف إلى جانبهن,

ونشن حملة إعلامية للتذكير بوفاء ومارية وماريان وتيريزا حتى ينلن حريتهن،
ويعشن حياة إنسانية كريمة كما يكفل لهن ذلك ما يُسمى بالدستور الذي أصبح كنسيج العنكبوت لا يعلق به إلا الضعفاء.....!!

For the past 17 months , Wafa’a Costantine , Maria Abdullah Zaki Marian Makram Ayyad , and Teresa Ibrahim , have been detained in a prison-like place , isolated from the outside world and prevented from contacting the media .


And although the “ Coptic church” in Egypt declared (after Wafa’a and Maria embraced Islam ) that it will subject the two women to (closed-door church advisory sessions) in order to get them to reconsider their decision to convert to Islam (a decision they made out of their own free will and personal conviction), yet , so far the church has not made public the results of those sessions, not even to the media, which reinforces previous suspicions that the two women are – in fact – being subjected to a campaign of religious persecution and intellectual terrorism which violates international human rights agreements that guarantee freedom of religion of a person and his or her right to defend that right .


The silence of the church over the condition and whereabouts of (Wafa’a and Maria) means one thing : “that the church is transgressing on the right of people to chose their beliefs freely ” , which is reminiscent of the “ dark ages “ when the church was persecuting scientists and thinkers such as Galileo , Copernicus , Voltaire and Montesquieu ,who all contributed immensely to the technological and intellectual progress of humanity . It is also a painful reminder of the infamous “Spanish inquisition” whose cruelty and ugliness has been condemned by all honest and unbiased western writers and intellectuals who regarded it as a disgrace to western civilization and western thought.


The church did not stop at (Wafa’a and Maria) whom it claimed were taken into custody because of their status as wives of two of the church priests, unfortunately, the church also apprehended and detained two doctors, Marian Makram Ayyad and Teresa Ibrahim who declared their conversion to Islam in a written statement to the police who failed to protect them and instead, handed them over to their families – who in turn – handed them to the church. It’s rather regrettable to see the church turn into a security establishment that oppresses the freedoms of people and practices intellectual terrorism against them.





A message to the Egyptian government and the “mufti” of Egypt :


We hereby appeal to the Egyptian government to fulfill its duty towards its own citizens and insure their constitutional right of “freedom of religion” and that this right is not violated by any person or group of people.

We appeal to President Mubarak to intervene and work for the release of our sisters (who embraced Islam) from captivity and end their ordeal. The dark ages – as well as – the imposing of beliefs on people are over, not to mention that such practices stand in violation of (article 46) of the Egyptian constitution which states that:

• The State shall guarantee the freedom of belief and the
freedom of practice of religious rites.

And hence, the imprisonment and detention of the four women at the behest of the church and with the full knowledge of Pope Shenouda (head of the Coptic church of Egypt) is a violation of the sovereignty of the state and an assault on its right to safeguard its citizens and protect them from intellectual terrorism.

By such unconstitutional acts the state and its apparatus lose all credibility as protectors of the constitution that guarantees all freedoms (including freedom of belief and freedom of religion), because – in this case – the state has given its full support to religious extremism that is being practiced by a minority of Coptic extremists supported by the highest authority of the church establishment.

This inability of the government to protect the constitutional rights of its citizens makes it look as if this government is not responsible for enforcing the law and upholding the constitution that is supposed to govern the state and define the relationship between the citizens and the establishments of the state. in this case, it’s as if the government is not concerned with the protection of the people or their basic rights , nay, but it would even conspire against its own people with thugs and extremists if that were to serve the interests of certain people , even if that constituted a crime punishable by law.

Therefore, we – strongly – criticize the handing over of Wafa’a and Maria by the security apparatus of the state to the church instead of protecting the two women who were persecuted for their religious beliefs. The same fate was faced by two other women doctors who converted to Islam out of their own free will and they are: Marian Makram Ayyad and Teresa Ibrahim.

As a result, the four women were subjected to – both – physical as well as mental abuse, their heads were completely shaved, and they were forcibly taken away to one of the church houses to serve the sentence imposed on them by the parallel state i.e. the church, for daring to practice their constitutional right in a country that – apparently – no longer defends the rights of its people. This act , is a moral crime , a legal crime , and a constitutional crime and – in essence- is an intentional breach of the constitution and the law, it is even a conspiracy by the state and its official apparatus to undermine the constitution of the country, not to mention , a criminal agreement between the state and a few extremists to commit an obvious crime against four citizens , and an abandonment on the side of the state and its apparatus of the very responsibility they were created to fulfill, which is to protect the basic acquired rights of its citizens ,most importantly their freedom of beliefs and religion.


We also hold the Mufti of Egypt responsible for his silence over this outrageous crime, and over compromising the security of the four innocent women , their mental as well as intellectual security, by pressuring and imprisoning them to abandon a religion they embraced out of their own free will and conviction.



We hold the Egyptian government responsible for the disappearance of Wafa’a and Maria, for the unavailability of any news about them and for not allowing the media to monitor their condition or meet with them .and we openly say that: the pampering policy adopted by the government to contain “Coptic anger” and which is meant to please and appease the west, is a weak and fragile policy that would tempt the Copts (and others) to seek support from foreign powers undermining the sovereignty of the state.


We also hold the government responsible for the dependence of any party on foreign powers for their own vested interests, interests that may clash with our social security and cause a break in our psychological wall that safeguards our society and makes it immune to sectarianism.






A message to (Human Rights Organizations)


We appeal to (Human Rights Organizations) that have been – surprisingly – mindless of the whole issue, and have made no attempt to take part in saving four innocent women whose lives were turned into a miserable hell !!! We wonder, how could (Human Rights Organizations) remain tight-lipped in the face of such a crime and betrayal of their very principals? How could they not move heaven and earth to save the humanity and freedom of the four Muslim women?

Is it the fact that major countries have no interest in this issue that’s behind this deafening silence of (Human Rights Organizations) ? Or is it because the case is about four women converting from Christianity to Islam and not the other way around?

Is the absence of the smell of oil or the glitter of diamonds or other precious stones reason enough for (Human Rights Organizations) to turn their back on such violations and pretend nothing is happening?

These events involve clear violations of the principles of the (Universal Declaration of Human Rights) adopted and proclaimed by the general assembly of the United Nations on December 10, 1948, namely the following articles:

• Article (5) which states that: [No one shall be subjected to torture
or to cruel, inhuman or degrading
treatment or punishment].

• Article (9) which states that: [No one shall be subjected to
arbitrary arrest, detention or exile].


• Article (18) which states that : [Everyone has the right to freedom
of thought, conscience and
religion; this right includes
freedom to change his religion or
belief, and freedom, either alone
or in community with others and
in public or private, to manifest
his religion or belief in teaching,
practice, worship and
observance ] .

We are here to remind (Human Rights Organizations) of their role, and that is their role which if they failed to fulfill then they would lose their credibility and write their own death certificate , and make clear the dubious purposes behind their existence in our country, and in other countries as well .

We are here to lead a campaign to remind everyone of the two Muslim women (Wafa’a and Maria), and the two doctors Marian Makram Ayyad and Teresa Ibrahim, and to urge everyone with a conscience to stand by their side in their terrible ordeal.

We, the undersigned,are leading a media campaign to remind the world of Wafa’a , Maria , Marian and Teresa , until they win their freedom and enjoy a humane and dignified life such as that promised to them by the – so called – constitution , the constitution that has become a spider’s web in which only the weak get tangled.

l'église leurs nouvelles ont ruterrompés depuis le14/12/2005
mauvaises réputations en "andalouse" dont les écrvains de l'ouest l'ont fortment eritigué et l'ont considéré un vrai scandal sur le pront de la civilisation et la pensée de l'ouest .Mais l'eglise ne s'est pas arreteé de taquiner ces deux dames sachant qu'elles étaient épouses des prètres de l'église.

Ceux qui ont la grace de ce que l'humasité a réalisé durant ces époques là . Mais ça n'empèche que ces genres de comportements nous rapelle douleureusement des
ca nous rapelle de l'eglise en moyen age quand elle humiliait les intellectuels et les savients .telque : Galilo, Koperniks.Voltaire et Montesquieu.

Puisque l'église cache la réalité en ce qui concerne les conditions de wafa et maria ceci mème a la plus simple conviction qu'elle viole les libertés des gens.

ce qui montre sans aucun droite que ces deux dames subissent une compagne de terrorisme intellectuel et d'humiliation réligieuse qui s'opposent aux pactes des droits de l'homme qui ont garanti a l'homme la liberté de cryance et son droit a la revendiquer.
Mais l'église n'a pas averti les mass_média des résultats des réunions
Aprés l'adoption de l'islam de wafa kssiss et Maria Abdallah , l'église a annoncé de sommettre ces deux dames a réunions de conseils de l'église dans une tentative de les pousser à annuler leur décision déja prise .

nous nous adressons au gouvernement Egyptien en le rappelons de permettre à ses citoyens la liberté de croyance et de ne plus violer ce droit à eux et nous prions
le gouvernement
Egyption représentéen personnage de Moubarek de libérer nos soeurs parceque les époques d'humiliation et d'oppression se sont terminées- sachant que la constitution Egyptienne indique dans l'article 46 que l'etat permet à ses citoyens d'exercer librement leurs croyances réligieuses et par conséquent leur détention - arréstation suite à l'ordre du père shnouda devient un défi à la souverainté de l'etat
donc d'un pareil comportement l'etat se trouve incapable de protéger sa constition qui autorise la libérté de croynce et de la réligion.
En encouragement l'extreacisme religieux manifesté par mirorité (akbats)
La paresse de l'etat à la protection des droits de ses citoyens dans le cadre Constitutionnel laisse penser que l'etat est irresponsable à la pratique de la loi qui pouverne la pays et établit les relations entre les citoyens et l'etat et ses établissements
ce qui prouve que l'etat n'est plus interessé à la protection de l'etre humain et ses droits mais par contre , il s'engage avec d'autres cotés extremistes qui ont des profits à en tirer par le bras des conditions favorables.
C'est ainsi que nous cratiquons très fort le fait que les forces de l'ordre qui ont offensé ces deux dames au lieu de les protéger et de leur présenter le
soutien moral et d'encourager leur choix spontané basé sur des consictions personnelles
Mais les choses ne cessent de S'agraver et de se poursuivre avec ces deux dames (médecins) qui ont adopté l'islam: Mariane Makram et Tereza Abrahim.
Sans oublier la peine morale et physique que ces deux dames l'ont sabi durant leur période d'arrestation.
Elles étaient coiffeés à ras et exlées a d'autres........ la ou elles ont été détenues à cause de l'eglise.
Manifestement cela n'est qu'un crime juridique constitutionnel et ce n'est qu'un accord entre l'etat et quelques traitres extremistes.
dans ce cas la L'etat est responsable de la disparition de ces deux dames et que l'absance de nouvelles en ce qui concerne leur conditions et leurs états ce que l'etat est en train de faire pour aspirer la colère des (akbat) cragnant les états de l'ouest c'est qu'une faible politique ne sert plus à lieu mais elle duccit la dominance de l'aupéristisme del'ouest

Nous nous adressons aux organisations des droits le homme qui ont perdu de vue à ce propos et qui n'ont manifesté aucun role pour sauver la vie des deux dames que nous venons de cites leurs constitions .est encore deux autres femmes médecins dont leur vie s'est transformée en eufe et misère.
nous nous deucaudons comment une pareille organisation préfère le silence à ces geures de crutuc
profit dans cette affaire que l'organissation des droits de l'homme préfère le silence
c'est parce qu'il n'ya pas d'odeurde petrole ou lueur de diamand ou des métaux précieux que les organisations des droits de l'homme ne déploient aucun effort
Ces évènements reuferment une ignorance claire et franche de la déclaration internationale des droits de l'homme.
oublié par des nations unies au mois de décembre 1948 dont les articles incistent sur :
article 5
ne pas soumettre une personne à la torture aux punitions ou la traiter d'une manière cruelle qui touche à sa dignité
article 9:
défense de détenir une personne ou l'exiler en enployant la force.
toute personne a le droit à penser librement et à la réligion ou à changer sa réligion à la liberté de s'exprimer par l'enseignement que ce soit confidentiellement ou en public
nous rappellons les organisations des droits de l'homme de sou role et si elles ne l'accomplissent pas c'est qu'elles perdu leurs valeurs et ont annancé leur mot et leurs objectifs anonumes dans notre pays ou dans d'autres pays
